In China there are lots of different manufacturers that a customer may choose from. Most factories and their representatives are honest, reputable, and concern with the customers satisfaction. Although this is true for the majority of manufacturers, there still are a few that will sell poorly made items with no customer service in place to correct issues that may arise. Doing business with these types of companies is risky at best. The buyer of products from these manufacturers should understand that when a problem exists in the quality, quantity, or customer satisfaction issues, the buyer will lose, so do business with these guys at your own risk, you have been warned.

Xinde Optical Factory (XDoptics) in Nantong, JiansuChina is a manufacturing company that produces Scopes, Red Dots, and Mounts. The representative from Xinde is Owen Ge also know as Ge, Qing Qing. During the last transaction, we had purchased 20 sample units of the new CQ/T 1-3 X illuminated scope (See first Photo) from Xinde Optical. After the shipment had arrived, we found that we only received 19 of the 20 scopes and was also 2 other types of scopes short. When contacting Owen about this issue it seemed to fail on deaf ears. I was told by Owen that they had shipped the total amount so I came to the understanding that I was just not going to see the correct amount.

After closer inspection of the CQ/T riflescopes, we found that 8 of the 19 units we received had major issues with quality. There were large amounts of hair and debris on the inside of the lenses that could not be cleaned. (See the remaining photos) Well in manufacturing this does happen, so we contacted Owen Ge about shipping these back for credit. After a few months and repeated emails about correcting this issue, we realized that Xinde Optical and Owen Ge were NOT going to correct this issue. The problem is not that there were manufacturing flaws because this does happen. The real and main issue is that Xinde Optical has NO customer service.

The issue here is that everyone considering dealing with Xinde Optical and Owen Ge must understand that IF you have any problem with your purchase from a short order to poor manufactured goods that Xinde Optical and Owen Ge will NOT support you. The buyer must understand that they will be the one who loses money, so even if you have a few good purchases, when the time comes for support you are on your own. It will be your money that you lose.
